An acclaimed English musician will be playing in Melbourne in the new year, accompanied by his son.
Music lovers from Epping and other parts of Melbourne are set to enjoy a rare experience in February. The internationally famous Sting will be ascending to the main stage of the Rod Laver Arena with his son, Joe Sumner, as support. Promoters of international and national acts alike will often use specialist flyer printing services to create colourful leaflets which include important details like the places, dates and times of concerts.
The upcoming concert in Melbourne will mark the first time that Sting has performed live in Australia in close to seven years. The tour is entitled “My Songs” and has already received critical acclaim. The dynamic show features a selection of the singer songwriter’s best-known hits written during the multi-Grammy Award winner’s career as both a solo artist and previously as frontman and bass player for The Police.
Fans attending the Melbourne gig can expect to hear classic like ‘Every Breath You Take,’ ‘Englishman In New York,’ ‘Message In A Bottle’, ‘Roxanne,’ to name but a few.
On Thursday, February 23, Sting will play live at the Rod Laver Arena, which can be found on Olympic Boulevard in Melbourne. The concert will begin at 7.30 pm and will end at 11.30 pm.
