A theatre based in Melbourne will soon be presenting a production based on a beloved children’s story.
Timed perfectly for the school holidays, Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre will be hosting “Fantastic Mr Fox”.
A lovingly crafted production, the show has been adapted from author Roald Dahl’s children’s classic, offering family friendly entertainment for audiences from Epping and other Melbourne suburbs in January.
Picture houses and theatres often depend on dedicated banner printing services for a diverse range of signage solutions in all shapes and sizes.
The show has already proved a smash hit with Australian audiences, and allows Dahl’s wily titular character to pounce off the page and onto the stage. It spins the tale of a fox saving his friends and family from wicked farmers using every inch of his wits.
While a story of bravery, the production also promises plenty of laughs and surprises before the final curtain call.
Adapted by the Shake & Stir Theatre Company’s award-winning producers, Fantastic Mr Fox blends live acting with flawlessly realised animations to recreate Roald Dahl's magical world in loving detail.
Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr Fox will now be on stage at the Comedy Theatre from Saturday, January 13 to Saturday, January 21. The theatre can be found at 240 Exhibition Street in Melbourne, and shows begin from 11am, 2pm and 6pm.
