Epping area to host comedy classes

A comprehensive course in stand-up comedy is coming soon to Melbourne.

Budding comics from Epping, Essendon and other suburbs of the city won’t want to miss a chance to improve their skills at an upcoming event in South Melbourne this December. The Rubber Chicken Comedy Pub will be playing host to the Hard Knock Knock’s Comedy School. The event will teach up-and-coming comedians how to learn to write material, as well as polishing and performing their own unique stand-up comedy set. The event will be led by comedians Brad Oakes and Marty Fields.

Organisers of educational events and learning opportunities sometimes use brochure printing services to create informative Booklets that detail what their courses cover for interested candidates.

Over five evenings, all talent taking part will receive expert instruction on a wide range of topics, from structuring jokes and building confidence to delivery and how to control the room. Course attendees will also receive a years’ worth of access to the Hard Knock Knocks online course, professional photographs for marketing, a video of their graduating performance, one-on-one comedy coaching and much more.

The Hard Knock Knock’s Comedy School will be held at The Rubber Chicken located at 256 Moray Street, in South Melbourne from Sunday, December 18 to Thursday, December 22. Entrance to the course is priced between $550 to $990.
