One of Brisbane’s brightest new rap stars, Mallrat, has announced she will be performing live at the Melbourne Forum this May, enabling fans from Epping and other suburbs to hear her latest tracks. She has also enjoyed plenty of success with Australian radio station Triple J, which has honoured her tracks with regular rotation. Hits like “Groceries”, “UFO”, “Charlie”, “Rockstar” and “Nobody's Home” all placed in Triple J’s Hottest 100.

The rapper began writing music when she was just a high school student in Brisbane and has listed her influences as being a blend of artists and bands including Grimes, Sophie, Skrillex, Courtney Barnett, and Aussie rap star Allday.
