Cosplayers, history buffs and Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) gamers from the Broadmeadows area will soon have the chance to experience a one-of-a-kind weekend.
A two-day medieval festival will give attendees the chance to explore a number of themed market stalls, workshops and demonstrations, a cosplay friendly gala and a full day of tabletop gaming to cap off the event.
The Saturday morning Adventurer’s Market will feature a number of local artists, craftspeople and vendors selling a wide range of art, gaming accessories and other goods. During the markets, attendees will also have the chance to join in the interactive sessions hosted in the workshop space.
The Rolling Realms Festival fashion show will be an opportunity for cosplaying attendees to show off their work and win exclusive prizes from a panel of judges. They can then enjoy the Gala of the Guilds cosplay ball, which will feature a medieval feast, music and dancing.
Sunday’s session will be dedicated to a variety of learn-to-play workshops and opportunities to join open gaming tables. Attendees of all skill levels are invited to join in the fun and connect with new friends.
