Yoga lovers have an opportunity to learn from an experienced yoga master during a weekend workshop in April.
Glenn Ceresoli has 29 years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher of Iyengar Yoga. This innovative style of yoga is more than just physical exercise and is universally practiced. It embraces spiritual and emotional growth through conscious, precise movement and body alignment and as a result, it is often described as meditation in action. Ceresoli believes that approach and attitude are key.
With this in mind, his workshop aims to help participants break unconscious, restrictive mindsets by replacing them with deliberate actions and behaviours, so that the union of body and mind promotes emotional and physical wellbeing.
Learning these specific techniques teaches participants skills they can implement on a daily basis to provide greater focus both mentally and physically and alleviate stress associated with modern day living.
Yoga studios may use brochure printing services to advertise their sessions and classes to interested participants. The Clifton Hill Yoga Studio, which is hosting this event, runs numerous classes throughout the week and is conveniently located along the tram route travelling up Bourke Street.
The Glenn Ceresoli Workshop will take place from Friday 17th April to Sunday 19th April. Tickets and times of sessions are on the Clifton Hill Yoga Studio website.
