Richard Branson to speak in Melbourne

Entrepreneurs from Clifton Hill will find plenty of inspiration at the National Achievers Congress this month, including advice from world renowned businessman Richard Branson.

The Congress is aimed at people who want to launch their own business or further develop their company and will feature some of Australia’s top entrepreneurs, as well as international business leaders.

Top of the bill will be Virgin owner Richard Branson, who will talk about his experiences in founding and leading the Virgin Group and his business techniques.

Other speakers include former Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Janine Allis, who started her juice business from her kitchen before expanding it into Boost Juice which now has stores in 13 countries. Also present will be internet mogul Patrick Grove and personal life and finance coach Scott Harris.

The event will include discussions on how to scale up a business and get more done in less time, how to balance building a company with family and personal time, and how to maintain a healthy body and mind.

Printing services have also been used to create a special workbook to accompany the event, allowing participants to make their own notes and to put what they have learnt into practice.

The event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, September 12 from 7.30 am to 6:00 pm.Tickets can be booked through the Congress website.
