Alternative medicine convention coming soon to Melbourne
Clifton Hill residents looking for some new ways to relax and look after their health can head down to the Melbourne Convention Centre for this year’s Mind, Body, and Spirit festival.
The event, which takes place over four days, brings together leading practitioners in alternative medicines and therapies, as well as healthy food experts and exhibitors looking to pamper visitors.
Hundreds of exhibitors are set to take part, including psychics, Feng Shu experts, candle makers and crystal sellers.
With so many stands to choose from, visitors should keep an eye out for flyer printing or poster printing being used to advertise products or special offers available during the event.
A number of free seminars will also be held over the course of the festival, including talks on how to boost self-esteem and build relationships, how to help children develop, and how to use diet to help beat food sensitivities.
Healthy food demonstrations will be on offer in the Soul Kitchen, while visitors can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the main exhibition with a guided meditation session.
There is also the chance to win prizes, including a retreat in Bali and a walking tour following the footsteps of European pilgrims through Spain.
