Few people, young or old, can resist the smiling face of Micky Mouse and this month the Disney favourite will be rocking in Melbourne with a brand new live show.
Mickey’s Rockin’ Road Show will be at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday January 24th to Sunday January 27th and is the perfect end of holiday treat for children.
This year, Mickey is joined by his friends Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy as the group embark on a fun filled road trip. Along the way, they will search out some acts for a new talent show with help from the audience.
During the show, Disney fans will also get the chance to meet Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie from Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh’s bouncy friend Tigger and Cinderella. These family favourites will all be auditioning for Mickey’s talent show with some singing and dancing. The show will keep children on their feet and adults should be prepared to sing along as well.
For Abbotsford residents it is just a short drive to the Convention Centre in Melbourne’s South Wharf and many families may have noticed poster printing being used to advertise the show as they drive around. Poster printing is also a great way for children to take home a souvenir of the show with a picture of their favourite character.
There is one show on Thursday, two on Friday and three shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are on sale now.
