Salisbury South area to welcome South African comic

One of the hottest acts on South Africa’s stand-up comedy scene will perform at a celebrated venue in Adelaide later this year.

Comedy fans in Salisbury South and other Adelaide suburbs wills soon get a chance to see a rising stand-up star from South Africa. Schalk Bezuidenhout is bringing his brand-new show called “Crowd Pleaser” to the state capital city’s esteemed Hindley Music Hall in March, designed for those aged 18 or over.

Venues hosting comedy shows sometimes connect with skilled poster printing services that can produce informational notices that clearly state age restrictions to members of the public wishing to attend.

As seen performing on Comedy Central and Netflix, Schalk Bezuidenhout has also supported fellow South African comedian and writer, Trevor Noah, on his arena tour. Bezuidenhout has earned considerable praise from critics in the press. The Evening Standard described the comedian as one to watch, while The Guardian called him a fast-rising talent.

Schalk Bezuidenhout’s Crowd Pleaser show will now be live on stage at the Hindley Music Hall on March 15. The venue is easy to locate at 148 Hindley Street in Adelaide. The performance will begin promptly at 6.30 pm and has unallocated seating, so those wishing for a good view are advised to arrive early, to make the most of the first-come, first-seated rules.
