Salisbury South area to celebrate Italy

Adelaide is set to host a returning event dedicated to all things Italian later this year.

The Adelaide Italian Festival will be making a welcome return to south Australia throughout November, allowing members of the community in Salisbury South and other suburbs across the state to honour the rich culture of Italy.

Those organising major local events with an international motif often enlist the help of professional banner printing services, who can create signage featuring national colours like the red, green, and white of the Italian flag.

An open-access event, the festival will host a wide range of entertainment and activities focused on a variety of different topics including wine, food, music, fashion, culture, design, cycling, motoring and technology. An occasion dedicated to all things Italian, festivalgoers are invited to indulge their appetites with an extensive range of food and drink on offer.

The festival is also an opportunity for South Australia’s wider community to experience first-hand the area’s Italian culture and for local businesses to get involved. It also honours the Italian ancestry of many of Adelaide’s forefathers and encourages younger people to fully embrace their Italian lineage.

The Adelaide Italian Festival will run from Friday, November 11 until Sunday, November 20. Events will take place all over South Australia, but the festivals main hub will be located at Adelaide Botanic Garden on North Terrace in Adelaide.
