Adelaide is set to welcome a Canadian musician to the stage who remains shrouded in mystery.
Music fans from Salisbury South and other Adelaide suburbs will soon get a chance to see Sickick live in concert, as he arrives in the coastal capital on his first Australian tour. Not much is known about the Canadian artist, who performs wearing an iconic mask, other than the fact that he has South Asian roots and has been in the music business for a decade.
During his tenure operating as a singer, DJ and producer, Sickick has been associated with many big names in music like Madonna and Phil Collins. The Antipodean Tour will also see him play live in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in Australia, as well as Auckland and Christchurch in New Zealand. Tour promoters sometimes employ professional poster printing services to create advertisement in all shapes and sizes to encourage attendance.
The singer wears a mask on stage as a symbol of overcoming fear and is dedicated to encouraging his audience to focus on their dreams. With over 3.6 million Spotify streams each month and billions of online views, the musician is an international performer and has played gigs in Europe, Africa and North America.
Sickick will perform live at Zhivago located at 54 Currie Street in Adelaide, South Australia on Friday, October 7.
