As part of a school holiday programme, a local community centre in Salisbury will present an autumn video games event.
Young gamers in Salisbury South won’t want to miss an event arriving nearby in April. Planned for the school holidays, the Salisbury Community Hub is hosting a relaxed video games session with an opportunity to compete for prizes.
Civic centres that host out of term time events for students sometimes advertise with printed adverts in schools, libraries and social clubs, which they order from flyer printing services.
Students on school break are encouraged to bring along their friends and fellow players to test their gaming abilities at the event. The hub will have a selection of different PlayStation and PC games ready to play, including Mario Kart Live, EA Sports FC and Rocket League. Random giveaways and multiple mini competitions are also planned for the session.
The event is free to attend, but those who pre-book tickets will also get a snack pack containing a packet of chips and a choice of a soft drink can or a fruit juice box.
The upcoming video games event will take place on Monday, April 14 at the Salisbury Community Hub. The centre is situated at 34 Church Street in Salisbury and the event will kick off at 10 am, running until 2 pm.
