This February, Salisbury South residents will have the opportunity to attend the Salisbury Fringe Carnival.
The Salisbury Fringe Carnival is set to be two days of fun for all the family. Entertainment will include amusement rides, a children’s silent disco, clowns, a doughnut eating competition, carnival performers and live music from local bands. Other than entertainment, there will be show Bags and carnival style food available for purchase. A community event like this can be promoted widely via poster printing to target a wide audience.
As the event spans two days, different bands will be performing on each day, and the timings of the carnival will vary too. On Friday, the carnival will take place from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, to give families enough time to get there after work. Food, rides, performers and children’s activities will be available throughout, and the live music will begin at 5:45pm. The performing bands include rock band Crosstown Ramblers and swing band Lucky Seven.
On Saturday, the carnival will run from 10:00am to 10:00pm. The live music will start at 3:45pm, and the bands on the day will be Fizzy Pop, Fleetwood Mac tribute band Tusk FM, Devine Alls, and Basket Case.
The Salisbury Fringe Festival is a free event and will take place on Friday, 26th February and Saturday, 27th February at the Salisbury Civic Plaza.
