Toy swap set to arrive in Ultimo
Families in Ultimo are invited to attend the Ultimo Toy Swap, which is scheduled to come to the suburb in mid-July.
The swap is organised by Joy of Giving, a not-for-profit organisation focused on giving new homes to preloved toys and will be held in partnership with Uniting Harris Community Centre, KU Maybanke & KU Ultimo.
This event offers kids a chance to swap toys or books with their friends and to learn about the value of sustainability and reusing.
Families are invited to bring along any books, games or toys that are clean, undamaged, in good working order, and good enough to pass on to another child or family. They should ensure any battery-operated toys are operational and that the battery cases are well-secured.
Organisers of community and not-for-profit events can utilise printing services to develop attractive, eye-catching advertising that stands out and draws interest from members of the local community.
The Ultimo Toy Swap will be held on Saturday, 12 July 2025 at Ultimo Harris Community Centre, 97 Quarry St, Ultimo NSW 2007. The event will begin at 10:00AM and will conclude at 12:00PM. Attendance is free, and families are invited to bring along one bag of items, as well as one large item to swap.
