Officials and volunteers in New Berlin, Wisconsin have announced that they will be hosting the city’s fifth annual Winter Fest.
The event will feature an array of family-friendly activities that are designed to offer good times for all participants. This year’s Winter Fest will feature numerous events across the city. These include a Snow Kickball Tournament, beer garden, food trucks, live music, candy cane hunt, and more. It will also feature a New Berlin Winterfest Medallion event, in which participants will race against other teams to find the official New Berlin Winter Fest Medallion, based on clues that will be made available on the New Berlin Facebook page.
Finally, there will be family ice skating, with skates being loaned out at the library with a library card. This will give families a chance to get some exercise and spend time together, as well as check out the New Berlin library.
The event is being sponsored by Enjoy New Berlin and 1848 Coffee. Event attendees will have a chance to check out 1848 coffee, and pick up Promotional Products from both organizations.
The event will be held on January 6, from 9:00am – 7:00pm. This year’s event has two locations: Malone Park (16400 W Al Stigler Parkway) and City Center Plaza (15040 Library Lane).
