New Berlin plans holiday shopping kick-off

Space at a New Berlin School has been booked for an event that will help the community hit the ground running when it comes to their holiday gift buying.

Ronald Reagan Elementary School has provided space for the Fall Harvest Art and Craft Fair this October, and the organizers can be reached by email at arend724@gmail.com. This will be the 39th year in which the activity has been held in the community, and admission to the market is $3. This will be donated to area charities.

The pop-up market will feature artists and a variety of other makers, and many of the items will be one of a kind. At least 120 vendors are expected to be on site, and anyone who would like to enjoy a hot lunch can purchase a bowl of chili. Baked goods, hot dogs, and other food will also be available. To help prevent congestion, parents are asked to only use umbrella-style strollers at the sale.

As many people may be on the hunt for holiday gifts, the fall season is often a popular time for craft pop-up sales. A poster printing company will be able to ensure they are properly marketed throughout the local area.

The New Berlin Junior Woman’s Club Will be kicking off the holiday shopping season on October 15. The venue is located at 4225 South Calhoun Road.
