The New Berlin Community Band has announced it will host another installment in its regular concert series later this month.
One of the largest bands in New Berlin, this orchestral band and has a wide array of organists playing for it, including saxophonists and flautists. It is made up of community members who have musical talent, but are not professionals and are seeking to play music for the benefit of the community as a whole.
At the same time that the band seeks to provide an entertaining musical experience, it is also attempting to educate its members and the community as a whole about all of the benefits music can bring. Band members attend rehearsals and play in local concerts throughout the New Berlin area. This allows all parties involved to give free concerts.
The concert will be held on February 24 at 7:30 pm at the New Berlin West Performing Arts Center. The Center is located at 18695 W. Cleveland Avenue in New Berlin. There is no cost for the performance, but the New Berlin Community Band is a 501©3. This means that they need to raise funds to pay for transportation, marketing, and Promotional Products. As such, donations are accepted and appreciated.
