Health enthusiasts will want to save the date next month as a dance experience is planned for residents of New Berlin.
The ChakraDance and Crystals event is coming up next month, providing attendees an opportunity to explore health, wellness, and the power of crystals. Guests will be led through an exploration of the seven chakras with a combination of free-form movement and energizing music.
The meditative journey is designed to help participants find harmony within their minds, bodies, and spirits. Attendees are also invited to explore the power and purpose of crystals with guidance from local experts. The course will instruct participants on using crystals to balance chakras and enhance physical and mental energy. Brochure printing is an excellent way to spread awareness of the properties of crystals.
