Glow party attracts all ages
A community organization will be hosting the first of its community events in early October.
The intention of the event is to produce a fun-filled experience for youngsters and grown-ups by blending together costumes, glowsticks, and low light settings.
People coming to the event can wear costumes or simply relax in comfortable clothes. Kids will be given glowsticks to make the most of the dark environment.
The Glow Party is not just a gathering for fun but also an event to collect funds. The purpose of the money raised will be to support Park Pals' Free Winter Series at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin (OAW), which guarantees that play-based education for young kids in Southeastern Wisconsin continues. Many sponsors have teamed up with Park Pals to make this event successful, a gesture that often results in getting their logo design displayed at the event.
The evening will start at 5:30 PM. People can check in, get their glowsticks, and meet with sponsors. At 6:00 PM, the Park Pals Program will begin officially with a range of interactive activities such as singing and dancing. Starting from 6:30 PM, there will be open play, which includes time to visit community sponsor booths, make new friends, take part in limbo and other games, and enter raffle drawings. The event will end at 7:15 PM.
The Glow Party Fundraiser of Park Pals will be held at OAW New Berlin on Saturday, October 5.
