Cudahy will welcome Hike for Hooves in September. The event will bring supporters to the Oak Leaf Trail for a community walk benefiting Tiny Hooves Sanctuary.
The event will begin with a free yoga warm-up before participants set out along the lakefront. The route will include new animal facts, while registered hikers will receive a 2026 T-shirt design. Bernie Brewer will also appear at the start line, and guests will have access to the park’s picnic areas during the event.
Visitors can purchase desserts, drinks, as well as raffle entries at the Sheridan Park Pavilion. Goodie Bags will also be available. A self-hike option allows supporters to complete the walk on their own schedule while still contributing to the sanctuary.
All proceeds will help Tiny Hooves Sanctuary care for its animal residents during the colder months. Winter brings increased food needs and stall maintenance. The sanctuary provides routine checkups and treatment plans for animals ranging from pigeons to horses and cows through partnerships with veterinary providers.
Events like this may use printing services to share registration details, route information, and event updates while helping participants stay informed throughout the day.
Hike for Hooves 2026 will take place Sunday, September 20, at 11 AM at Sheridan Park Pavilion, 4800 South Lake Drive, Cudahy, Wisconsin. Early-bird tickets are available until August 30, general admission runs August 31–September 19, and day-of tickets will be sold on site.Get a Free Quote for Bags
