Cudahy hosts K-9 bowling fundraiser

Cudahy residents will have an opportunity to support the Cudahy Police Department’s K-9 Unit this October during a community bowling fundraiser at South Shore Bowl. The event will bring together families, bowling enthusiasts, and supporters of the police department for a day of games and fundraising.

Participants can choose from 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM sessions. Each entry includes three games in a 9-pin, no-tap format, where knocking down nine pins counts as a strike. Teams will consist of two bowlers, and up to three teams may share one lane. Prizes will be awarded to the top five teams, with cash prize amounts based on the number of entries.

Admission costs $40 per person and includes pizza, a soft drink, and one adult beverage ticket. Children aged 12 and under can take part free of charge. Pizza will be served after each session, while additional food and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

The fundraiser will also feature an ongoing raffle and a 50/50 raffle, with half of the proceeds awarded to the winner and half supporting the K-9 Unit. A firearms raffle, courtesy of Bravo Company and Eagle Sports Range, will add another fundraising opportunity.

Community events such as this may use printing services to share registration details, promote donated prizes, and keep attendees informed.

The Cudahy Police K-9 Unit Bowling Fundraiser will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at South Shore Bowl, 3620 East Carpenter Avenue, Cudahy. Registration closes October 10th.
