Cudahy welcomes housing development

A development in Cudahy promises a range of new housing options for its residents.

Sawall Development, a Sussex development company, will soon break ground on a 19-acre complex of luxury townhouses. The project is projected to include 264 apartments, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom offerings.

The company worked with Cudahy’s Community Development Authority and City Planning Commission to bring the project to life. It's projected to cost about $60 million and will include 12 two-story buildings. The studio apartments are designed for approximately 500 square feet of space, with one-bedroom units at 800 square feet and 1,100 square feet for the two-bedrooms. Each apartment will have either a private patio area or balcony. Banner printing is an effective way to announce grand openings.

Arthur Sawall, the developer, recently spoke of the desire to maintain harmony with the project’s natural surroundings:

“This project aims to redefine suburban living by providing a harmonious balance between modern amenities and the tranquility of nature.”

Sawall further stated that the company plans to maintain ownership and management responsibilities of the complex upon completion.

Mr. Sawall immigrated from the USSR in 1967 at the tender age of 9. After working as an electrical engineer for many years, he created Sawall Development to assist development in southeastern Wisconsin and has developed many property types, including single-family and multi-family homes, commercial space, and condominiums.
