Music fans in Cudahy will enjoy a full day of live performances when the 3rd Annual International Blues Day Celebrations take place in a few days.
The event will bring together local and international blues artists for a community celebration across two venues.
Festivities begin at 12:00 noon in the Cudahy Family Library Courtyard, where visitors can enjoy live performances in a family-friendly setting. During the opening set, the Wisconsin Blues Hall of Fame will welcome its latest inductee, Bobby Sellers. Featured performers include Big Al Dorn & The Blues Howlers, Robert John, Milwaukee Slim, Stefan Hillesheim, and Minoru Maruyama.
The celebration continues at 3:30 pm at Orson's Saloon, where another lineup of blues performances will take the stage. Guests can hear the Gervis Myles Blues Band, The Wilson Family Band, and Sheryl Youngblood & The Say Yes Blues Band. Marc and Tom Wilson will also be inducted into the Wisconsin Blues Hall of Fame during a ceremony scheduled for 5:00 pm.
