A conference celebrating high-achieving students is coming to Milwaukee.
The 2024 MMABSE Annual Conference, titled "Empowering Black Excellence: Our Students, Our Future," aims to offer a comprehensive and informative experience. Built into the program will be extended learning sessions that target all stakeholders – with a focus on teachers, families, and community members. These sessions center around advancing Black excellence in education while deepening understanding among educators, families, and community members. Those involved in educational fields in nearby Cudahy may want to make sure they are present.
Attendees will have an opportunity to network at this conference and meet teachers from other schools within the metro area. There will be various vendors showcasing education and community resources that help support growth in education. Through these resources, people can acquire tools for their work. Vendors like to hand out promotional Pens at school-related events like that.
Beyond simply celebrating their talents and achievements, the event includes live student performances from various metropolitan areas. Keynote speakers will address all participants present, offering them inspiration regarding future learning, and promoting learning excellence among Black children. It is hoped that their addresses will galvanize ongoing support so that subsequent generations can succeed.
Empowering Black Excellence: Our Students, Our Future, will be held on Saturday, November 9, at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport, located at 5311 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee.
