Seattle fundraiser to have festive theme

Each year, Seattle plays host to a festive seasonal fundraiser in support of the city’s children’s hospital, and the research it performs, and it will once again be doing a good turn for local kids.

The festival will kick off with a gala dinner, and this will give supporters a chance to meet and mingle after a year marked by lockdowns and other restrictions. The display trees will be lit, and they will be on display at various locations through the Fairmunt Olympic hotel.

The function will open with a meet and greet cocktail mixer, and hors d’oeuvres will be passed. After this, dinner will be served, and there will be both live and silent auctions. The attendees may even be able to purchase one of the trees to display in their home or place of business, and the function is limited to those who are at least 21 years of age.

The suggested dress for this gala affair is black tie, and proof of Covid vaccination or a negative test is required for entry. Functions like this often include specially designed decor, which may be ordered from a banner printing company.

This launch to the Seattle Festival of Trees Fundraiser will be welcoming guests on November 20. Tickets for the festivities are on sale now, and more information for the public and sponsors is available on its website.
