The annual Halloween Pet Parade will once again give these furry, feathery and scaly friends their time in the spotlight, and they will be joined by an assortment of other activities. Volunteer Park will welcome the event in early October, and it's located at 1247 15th Avenue E.
The three hour long event will be open to all who are interested, and advance registration is not needed to take part in the procession.
