The sunset over Puget Sound will be the backdrop for a Seattle event with food front and center, and while the diners enjoy themselves, they will be supporting a local not-for-profit group.
The Pike Place Market Foundation has set the date for its 28th annual Sunset Supper at Pike Place Market. It will be a celebration filled with food, drinks, and friends, and there is still time for the local business community to get involved.
The evening will take place outdoors, and many area wineries, distilleries, and breweries will be showcasing their products. Food featuring locally sourced ingredients will be on the menu, and the meal and drinks are included in the ticket price. The guests will be invited to take a spin on the dance floor. All proceeds will be used for the benefit of the foundation.
To help make the activity a true community celebration, there are a variety of sponsorship, vendor, and volunteer opportunities available, and the deadline to apply has been extended to this Thursday, May 30. The Logo Design of each of the sponsors for the gathering has been added to its website.
The Pike Place Market Foundation will be welcoming those on the guestlist to its annual summer dining event on Friday, August 16. The venue is located at 85 Pike Street.
