An event that has spread around the world from its European origins is on the schedule in Lynnwood.
The Lynnwood Event Center will be the venue for the upcoming first Lynnwood Oktoberfest at The District. The celebration is for those 21 years of age and older, and features food, live entertainment, festive décor, and many opportunities to enjoy a toast with beer or wine.
The evening’s special guest is Chef Brian Duffy. He has opened more than 100 restaurants throughout the world since the 1990s under his Duffified Experience Group, also appears regularly as a judge on the Food Network, and has spent more than three seasons on “Bar Rescue.”
People are encouraged to come in Oktoberfest costumes, as there is a contest for the best dressed, and a Beer Stein Holding Contest is also scheduled.
Tickets are all-inclusive and include all the beverages and food consumed during the evening, plus a commemorative Oktoberfest necklace and a branded wine glass or pint glass to keep the memories alive.
The Lynnwood Oktoberfest is scheduled for September 26, from 6.00 pm until 9.00 pm. General admission tickets are $36.70 each, and VIP tickets are also available. The fee for a VIP table of four, which includes early admission (5.00 pm) is $103.00; and a VIP table for two is $52.00, also including early admission.
Organizers of events like this can help to promote them by using poster printing to create colorful, detailed advertisements.
