Conference for contractors in Lynnwood

A regional event that will connect contractors with government agencies is scheduled in Lynnwood.

The Economic Alliance Snohomish County is partnering with programs from the Washington Small Business Development Cetner and Washington APEX Accelerator to announce the 2026 North Puget Sound Contracting Conference, presented by The District.

The event brings prime contractors, government agencies, businesses, and industry professionals together for two days, where they can network, learn, and find opportunities to execute contracts.

The Conference grew considerably in 2025, allow it to enlarge this year’s conference with additional programs, deeper opportunities for engagements, and more ways for those attending the conference to make meaningful connections with government contracting professionals.

The event begins with a reception where attendees can connect with each other, contractors, government representatives, and local professionals, as they enjoy a no-host bar and hors d’oeuvres.

The following day is the main portion of the conference. It will include workshops and panels led by experts; procurement information and agency forecasts from government experts, a tradeshow, keynote presentations, and a further chance to network.

The event is designed for government buyers looking for qualified vendors; prime contractors reaching out to diverse, small businesses; businesses that would like to sell their products and services to the government; and professionals interested in supplier diversity, infrastructure procurement, and economic development in the region.

The contracting conference is scheduled for October 28 and 29 at the Lynnwood Event Center. Events like this are the ideal place for professionals to exchange Business Cards.
