An upcoming event in Lynnwood celebrates the return of warmer weather.
The PNW Witches’ Market Beltane 2026 festival will take place at the Lynnwood Event Center. Beltane is the Gaelic May Day celebration of spring. Traditionally, the day was observed widely in the Isle of Man, Scotland, and Ireland, where it included rituals that encouraged growth, and protected crops, people, and cattle as well as bonfires that were thought to provide protection.
Today’s festival is a community event that also celebrates warmer weather, and invites everyone to gather in renewal, magic, and connection. The market will have goods from local makers, giving everyone a chance to support local craftspeople. Visitors are encouraged to explore and ask questions, provided they are respectful.
“Witchy” vendors will be on hand with plants, brooms, crystals, candles, and more. Tarot readers, astrologers, and spiritual guides will be on hand, and food trucks will have tasty treats. Performances and workshops are planned and will be announced closer to the date of the market.
The Witches’ Market is scheduled for Sunday, May 3 from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The market will fill both floors of the center, as well as its lobbies. Both levels can be accessed from the ground, and there is an interior elevator. Events like this benefit when organizers use flyer printing to create handouts that include floorplans and a list of vendors and performances.
