Two acts on one night in Federal Way

Singer/songwriter Joan Osborne and indie-pop folk duo The Weepies will be performing together in Federal Way in early 2022. The location of this event will be the Federal Way Performing Arts and Event Center (PAEC).

Osborne is a multi-platinum recording artist and seven-time Grammy nominee. She has performed along such musical greats as Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan, Mavis Staples, and the Funk Brothers over the years, as well as many members of The Grateful Dead. She also tours with various musical groupings such as her own band, Soul Revue, and the soul/rock supergroup known as Trigger Happy.

The Weepies consist of the singer/songwriters Steve Tannen and Deb Talan. Already being fans of each others' music, they began performing and writing music together on the very night they officially met. Two of the albums they created have been featured on the Billboard Top 200 list and their single 'The World Spins Madly On' topped the list of most-downloaded folk songs on the ITunes Store in 2006.

The show will take place from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm on January 14, 2022. The Federal Way PAEC is located at 31510 Pete von Reichbauer Way South. Tickets are priced at $59, $47, $39, and $29 and can be purchased via the venue’s website by clicking the option under the graphic design.
