Federal Way will be offering its residents an alternative to a traditional pumpkin patch, and those who would like to “get in the swim of things” are on the guestlist for the activity.
A floating pumpkin patch will be set up at the Federal Way Community Center, and there are several start times to choose from. Advanced registration must be completed to take part, and admission is $12 for adults and $10 for youth.
The swimmers will find a wide assortment of pumpkins to choose from, and these colorful gourds will be floating in the venue's pool. The guests may swim around for as long as their session lasts, and they will be able to take their choice home with them to turn into a jack-o'-lantern or some pies. While children age eight and under will be welcome to participate in the Plunge, they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Communities across the country will be celebrating Halloween with their own special events. Printing services for an activity are on offer at professional Print shops, which can offer a range of attractive options.
Federal Way has invited everyone to take the Pumpkin Plunge on Sunday, October 18. Pumpkins will be supplied by local farmers. The start times are 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm.
