Federal Way parents offered childcare option

Even the happiest of parents may appreciate a night out to themselves, and a Federal Way initiative will give them the chance to have this experience.

While their parents enjoy up to four kid-free hours, registrants in the “Kid Escape" activity will be treated to lots of active fun. The Federal Way Community Center will be the location for the evening, and a fee of $51 is being charged. Both residents and non-residents are welcome.

All children at the event will be fully supervised, and those from kindergarten through second grade can take part. They will be invited to make a craft, have dinner, go for a swim, and take in a movie, along with other fun. It will have a theme of “Agents in Action”, and kids are asked to take a swimsuit and towel with them.

A drop-off children’s activity may call for waivers and other documents that help to take care of the housekeeping side of an event. Stationery printers will be able to offer a range of options, and can also craft Letterheads and other bespoke items.

This fun-filled evening for Federal Way kids will run from 4:20 pm until 8:50 pm on Friday, April 17. Any parents who would like to register their child can do so through the Federal Way Community Center’s website.
