Federal Way will soon be offering a warm welcome to special holiday guests, and she hopes that lots of the community’s little ones will be on hand for a special event.
Mrs. Claus will be dropping by the Federal Way Community Center to spend some time with local kids. The function is geared towards youngsters from 2 to 10, and there will be lots of age appropriate activities included in the evening.
Mrs. Claus will lead the attendees through a creative cookie decorating season, and there will be lots of photo ops for the parents to capture. Each boy or girl will receive a plate of five sugar cookies. Everyone can sip on a cup of hot chocolate, and festive music will add even more fun to the occasion. An admission price of $5.00 will be charged, and parents will need to remain on site with their child throughout the activity.
