Federal Way workshop welcome first-time homebuyers

Buying a new home may be both exciting and nerve wracking, but those who attend a Federal Way workshop will be able to hit the ground running.

Keller Williams-Range Brokerage Network’s Debbie McNeil will share knowledge and tips for first-time homebuyers during a workshop coming up at 33434 8th Avenue South. The goal is for the participants to walk away with a better understanding of the process and their ability to navigate it, and it is free to register.

This comprehensive experience will be packed with information, including why home ownership may have an advantage over renting. Financing options for first-timers will be on the agenda, and saving for a downpayment will also be discussed. The hidden costs of home buying will be on the agenda, and the typical timeline for purchasing a home will be reviewed. Participants will be able to ask questions.

An information session can be a valuable learning opportunity for those who take part. Distributing promotional Pens with Notebooks will make it simple for the participants to jot down any points they especially want to remember.

This opportunity for future homeowners to get the inside scoop on the process is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10. It will start at 6:00 pm and lasts an hour and a half, and seats can be reserved through its web listing.
