Members of United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW 3000) in Federal Way are set to enjoy a day of fun at a city amusement park, and it includes a discounted ticket price.
Members registering for the first UFCW 3000 Union Day will be able to spend a whole day at the venue, and they are encouraged to bring along the whole family. Passes will be available for pickup at the front entrance to Wild Waves Theme Park, and there will be a designated kiosk set up for this.
Along with admission to the venue and the rides, guests will be taking seats for a buffet-style lunch. Tickets will only be supplied to UFCW 3000 members, so any non-members who sign up will have their money refunded. The price for a pass is $20 for those 48 inches tall and up, while those under this height will be asked to pay $15.
To further thank its membership, the first 500 to arrive will receive an item of swag printed with a special UFCW 3000 graphic design. Printing services companies will be pleased to prepare materials like this.
The first Union Day planned by UFCW 3000 will be on offer at Wild Waves on Thursday, August 24. Tickets have been made available online, and can be bought on Eventbrite.
