Mothers Day meets Mother Nature in Bainbridge Island

Mother’s Day is right around the corner in Bainbridge Island, and families in town who wish to celebrate mom can do so while learning more about nature.

The Nature’s Nurturers: A Celebration of Mothers event is making a return to Bainbridge Island this May, providing a fun setting to bring the community together through connection and fun. The organizers have ensured that there will be something for everyone, and families with young children are encouraged to attend.

The event will feature an afternoon that blends sweet treats, refreshing beverages, creative activities, and winding nature trails to explore. The Mother’s Day portion of the event will look at the roles that wild animal mothers play in teaching, nourishing, and protecting their young. Trailside drop-in events will add to the learning experience for attendees. Poster printing is a colorful and informative promotional path for organizations to promote such events.

Brunch will run from 10:00 AM to noon, and registered guests are welcome to arrive within that window. The menu features Mama’s Mimosas, tea, coffee, and fresh fruit juices paired with seasonal bites. Guests are asked to dress comfortably for the day’s outside activities.

IslandWood in Bainbridge Island will be hosting the Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 10. Doors open at 10:00 AM. Tickets can be purchased online for $63.77 per adult and $27.64 per child.
