The Mid-Summer Fantasy Festival is taking place on the last weekend of this month, and is a presentation of Norfolk Festevents.
The theme of this year’s festival is ‘Sailors, Sonnets and Sprites’, which pays tribute to the history of Norfolk as well as the themes of William Shakespeare, especially his ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. The festival is filled with large, interactive art installations that people can walk through, and activities for children of all ages.
Musical artists such as The Janks and Skye Zentz will be entertaining throughout the three-day festival. Other entertainment is set to feature the Paperhand Puppet Intervention, DJP and MrT and Phyric Whim, as well as dance troupes and others.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase crafts beer, wine, and cider, and enjoy a variety of food dishes.
Those planning to attend are welcome to bring their own lawn chair or blankets to enjoy the entertainment.
Many of those participating in the Norfolk festival may be working with their local printing companies to produce Banners or signage to bring more attention to their performances.
