Norfolk zoo to organize morning event

The Virginia Zoo in Norfolk will be opening early this June to let people eat breakfast with some of the animals from the zoo.

Breakfast with the Animals is an opportunity for the community to get an exclusive look at how the animals at the Virginia Zoo eat their breakfast. There will be several presentations that guests can visit during the event that involve animals like red pandas, sun bears, and tigers. Volunteers from the zoo will be around to share interesting facts about the animals. The menu for the event includes breakfast sandwiches, mini muffins, pancake wrapped sausages, and beverages.

The Virginia Zoo offers several educational programs for children, teaching students about topics such as food webs, math, and geography. The organization even brings live animals from the zoo to allow for informational encounters. The group also has events for adults and the elderly, visiting retirement homes to give interesting presentations about exotic animals. Organizations like the Virginia Zoo that host educational programs can use poster printing to inform the community about their events.

Breakfast with the Animals will be held on June 27th from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. General admission will cost $25 for adults, $15 for children aged 5 to 17, and $5 for kids younger than 5. Those who are members of the Virginia Zoo will receive a discount for the event.
