Sunsets on the River is a concert series where guests can watch outdoor performances. This year, the participants include bands such as Fox and the Bear, Paper Aliens, and Court Street Company. Dinner can be purchased on-site at visiting food trucks, and craft beer and wine can be bought at the venue’s bar. Attendees will also receive admission to the museum’s summer exhibition called Work in Progress: 13 Murals for Right Now.
The Hermitage Museum is a historic mansion that offers public programming such as art camps and yoga classes. The manor was originally built in 1908 and expanded to its current size in 1936. The building features several notable decorative art pieces from the Sloane Collection. There are multiple gardens outside the museum for guests to view, including the Sunken Garden, Grotto, and East Garden. Attractions like this can use banner printing to increase their roadside visibility.
The next concert in the series will be held on June 17. The gates to the show open at 5:30 pm and the music will begin at 6:00 pm. Members of the Hermitage Museum can attend the program for free, while non-members need to pay $12 for tickets. Guests can bring blankets, chairs, and food to the concert. Bags and coolers will be checked.
