Manassas Museum is moving outdoors in September with two events.
The 10th Annual Bands Brews and Barbecue is scheduled for September 12. The event will feature live music, barbecue vendors and craft beers and beverages. Admission will be free, but the Brews Taster Passes run $40 each before the event, and $45 at the gate. Each pass comes with a wristband and souvenir tasting glass sporting the event’s graphic design. BBQ from local vendors will be sold separately.
Entertainment includes soft rock band 1 Identity and country singer Michael Christopher. Fans of performers like these often look out for any Promotional Products available for purchase.
The 10th Annual Bands, Brews and Barbecue will be September 12 from 11:30am until 6:00pm at the Manassas Museum, 9101 Prince William Street.
The following Saturday, September 19, the museum lawn with be turned over to The 45th Edgar Rohr Memorial Car Meet. Collector cars 1995 and older, street rods and modified street rods will be on display. Over 175 entries are expected to participate.
One Class C Award and Top 35 Class A & B awards will be decided by attendees. Judges will give out 10 Best of Show Awards. Other awards will be the Mayor’s Choice, Youth Choice, BR President’s Choice, and a Rohr Award.
Car registration will run from 8:00am until 11:00am, with the show running from 11:00am until 3:00pm.
