Kids are looking forward to various spring and Easter egg hunts in their home town of Manassas.
Manassas Park Community Center, 99 Adams Street, will be holding a couple of hunts this year. The first will be the Flashlight Egg Hunt. This free hunt is for kids from the ages of 8 to 11, and attendees need to bring their own flashlights and containers for the night hunt. The hunt will begin in Banquet Hall – side B at the Community Center, and will run from 7:15 pm until 8:00 pm on April 12. The Easter Bunny will also be there for pictures.
The Center will also be the location for the Easter Egg Hunt for kids up to seven years old on April 13. This free event will take place from 10:00 am until noon, and the Easter Bunny will meet and greet the hunters. Little ones need to be pre-registered to be sure that they are placed in the correct groups.
The Parkridge Center, 11096 Bulloch Drive, will be holding its free Easter Egg-stravaganza at Parkridge Center from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on April 20. Kids can decorate baskets then head out to collect colored plastic candy-filled eggs. Bubbleologists and balloon artists will stroll around the venue, and the Easter bunny will be available for pictures.
Pictures with the Easter Bunny at events such as these are often taken to local Stationery printers and Print shops for Copies, or to be included in family Calendars.
