The Fall Jubilee held every year in historic downtown Manassas is coming up once again, providing locals with an opportunity to enjoy a free outdoor activity before the weather turns cold.
This year will mark the 33rd anniversary of the family friendly Jubilee and, as in years past, there will be something for people of every age, including over 100 vendors manning booths filled with crafts, food, and other assorted items, and of course live music and other entertainment on stage.
There will also be games for both adults and kids, community booths loaded with helpful information, and pumpkins on sale for celebrating Halloween. Attending the festival is also a way to show off Historic Manassas to those from other parts of the Washington D.C. area, (including the drive through impressive fall foliage) so attendees are encouraged to bring a friend. Those who plan to come may want to bring cameras for picture taking for use in later poster printing.
The Jubilee will be held at the corner of Center and Church Street in downtown Manassas, and will take place Saturday, October 3, (rain or shine) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and will be free of charge to anyone who wishes to attend, though vendors will be expecting payment for their offerings.
