The Hylton Performing Arts Center will be presenting its Seventh Anniversary Gala early in April.
The Gala will be begin with a reception, continue with a dinner, and end with a tribute to the honorees – Mary and Hans Postma.
The live auction will be new this year. Some of the items in it will be high-end vacation packages, including a vacation at the Hyatt Ziva Resort where the winning bidder will receive an all-inclusive five-night stay.
Proceeds from the Gala will benefit the Center’s performances and education programs. These include the Hylton Center’s Endowment and its outreach initiatives. The fundraiser’s live auction will benefit the programs offered to veterans and their families.
The reception will be in Didlake Grand Foyer at 6:00 pm on Saturday, April 1. The dinner at 7:00 pm will be on the Merchant Hall stage. Then it will be back to Didlake Grand Foyer and the Gregory Family Theater for the After Party from 8:30 pm until closing. Here, guests will receive drinks and desserts, then dancing will follow. The Keynote Band will be providing the music. A photo station will be available for guests who may want pictures to commemorate the evening. Some guests use these pictures for future Stationery printing.
The event will be at the Hylton Performing Arts Center at 10900 George Mason Circle here in Manassas.
