Hospitality industry conference to take place in Chantilly

The Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 3rd Annual Lodging and Restaurant Summit in Chantilly this fall.

The half-day conference will feature speakers focused on trends and changes in the hospitality industry, and will include time for networking. Breakfast will also be available. Participants often use business card printing services to prepare for networking sessions at conferences.

The theme is The Future of Hospitality in the Dulles Corridor: Navigating Change and Innovation. While the previous two summits only covered lodging, this year’s event has been expanded to discuss the restaurant industry as well. The keynote speaker will be IAD Airport Manager and Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Vice President Richard Golinowski. Other speakers will include Jeremy Huvard, the president of the DC Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association and Staci Redmon, a procurement counselor at Virginia APEX Accelerator.

Tickets are available on the Chamber’s website through September 18. The cost is $50 per member and $65 per non-member. A limited number of spaces are available, so those planning to attend are encouraged to purchase tickets as soon as possible. Multiple sponsorship options are available for interested businesses, with packages ranging from $200 to $3,200 and including tickets to the Summit. Details are available on the Chamber’s website.

The summit will take place on Thursday, September 25 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly.
