Orem women can leap into spring by attending the upcoming Utah Women’s Expo in a week's time.
The event features female-oriented services and businesses bringing fashion, health education, beauty tips, and trends to Utah women. The free two-day show draws between 9,000 and 12,000 visitors every year. Part of the proceeds will go to local PTAs, so both guests and exhibitors will want to remember to bring their Business Cards.
Hundreds of exhibitors will display the latest trends in summer clothing, and the two daily fashion shows will showcase styles for all ages. Demonstrations such as exercise ideas, money saving tips, and photography tricks on how to get great pics of the kids will be part of the day’s activities.
Children who come with a grown-up will be entertained with an abundance of activities to keep them busy while the adults shop. The first evening of the event will be a Girls’ Night Out. Guests will receive swag Bags and be eligible for drawings for prizes and discounts. During the expo everyone will get a chance at the grand (a $1,000 shopping spree) and other drawings and giveaways.
The expo is scheduled for April 17 and 18 at the UCCU Center at Utah Valley University in Orem, beginning at 10:00 am both days. Girls’ Night Out will be on the Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
