Orem goes to the circus this January
The Jordan World Circus will be coming to Orem for three performances at the end of January. The circus has three rings and prices are reasonable.
Adam Burck will once again be bringing his beloved tigers to the ring. Adam has been training animals since he was thirteen. At that time, he worked with his father training horses, elephants and tigers. Since then he has concentrated on working with just tigers. Larry Carden, another seasoned tamer, will be showcasing his elephants. Karen Houcke will be performing with her camel and horses. Children will get a chance to pet and ride many of the animals.
Show girls in glitter will be swinging high in the air, hanging by their necks, swirling through hoops and spinning on ropes. Saturn Garcia will be balancing on the wheel, catapulting from a cannon and/or speeding around a wire mesh globe on a motorcycle.
Everyone will want to see the clowns. The circus has the Torreblanca Clowns-red noses, big shoes, clown car and all.
The color and all the action will make wonderful pictures for calendars and poster printing.
The Jordan World Circus will be at the UCCU-McKay Events Center, 800 West University Parkway here in Orem. Performances will be on Monday, January 30th at 7 to 9:00 pm, and Tues, January 31st at 4:00 and 7:30 pm.
