The SARR Virtual Freedom Day 4-Miler and the Lil’ Firecrackers Kids Fun Run will debut in San Antonio this summer.
As the first virtual SARR run, this versatile racing event can be completed from any location and at any running pace. Those who wish to join the race can sign up online for a fee of $30 per person. The registration fee for the Lil’ Firecrackers Kids Fun Run costs $7 per child.
San Antonio participants who sign up for the Virtual Freedom 4-Miler will receive a patriotic SARR-designed red cap, a short-sleeved T-shirt or tank top, a finisher’s medal, and a printable race bib. Children who are registered for the Lil’ Firecrackers Kids Fun Run will receive a short-sleeved race T-shirt, printable race bib, and a kids’ finisher medal. Runners who are participating in the event can use printing services to produce Copies of their race bibs in order to validate their results.
After sharing their results online, each finisher will be sent a downloadable and printable Finisher Certificate. The overall winners will receive promotional codes to purchase discounted SARR products, including long and short-sleeved shirts, tank tops, and hoodies.
Participating runners can finish their races and post their results online from as soon as the clock ticks into midnight on Friday, July 3 to 11:59 pm on Sunday, July 5.
