A training course in clinic management for individuals working in patient care is set to take place in San Antonio next month.
Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) developed this comprehensive eight-hour training course to teach both long-time managers and individuals new to leadership the necessary skills and strategies to work with employees effectively.
Among the topics this interactive, in-person course will cover are employment law, business development, counseling skills, taking accountability, marketing strategies, analyzing productivity metrics, clinic management, and the Myers-Briggs type indicator. Participants will learn about each topic in depth and have the chance to engage in related discussions, and ask questions for further clarity.
At the end of the course, each student must complete a quiz summarizing the course topics in order to qualify for certification.
